§ 01 — Practice Overview

AI systems built to a standard your operations can depend on

Anggun Systems is an AI engineering consultancy working with established Malaysian organisations. We scope problems carefully, document our methods, and deliver systems that run in production and can be handed to a successor team.

§ 02 — Practice Areas

Three focused service lines

This section describes the three engagements Anggun Systems offers. Each is scoped in advance, time-bounded, and delivered with documentation. Prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit. We do not offer retainer arrangements at this time.

Custom model development
§ 02.1

Custom Model Development

A nine-to-fourteen-week engagement for organisations whose problem is sufficiently specific that off-the-shelf systems are unsuited. We scope the problem carefully, work with your data team, and deliver a model that is configured, evaluated, and documented for production deployment in a regulated Malaysian business.

  • Problem scoping session included
  • Tested and documented deliverable
  • Handover documentation for successor teams
  • Suitable for regulated industries

Knowledge retrieval system
§ 02.2

Retrieval System for Internal Knowledge

A focused build of an internal retrieval-augmented system that allows staff to query your documented knowledge — policies, manuals, technical archives, prior client work — in natural language and receive cited, traceable responses. We are direct about the residual error rate of such systems; the deliverable includes the evaluation methodology used to measure it.

  • Staff-queryable knowledge base
  • Cited, traceable responses
  • One production deployment included
  • Ninety days of post-deployment tuning

AI policy drafting
§ 02.3

Internal AI Policy Drafting

A four-week engagement in which we draft, on behalf of your firm's leadership, a substantive internal policy on the use of AI systems. This covers staff use of public tools, the introduction of new systems into operations, and the disclosure obligations the firm holds to its customers and regulators. Suitable for established firms whose existing practice has outpaced their written policy.

  • Covers staff use of public AI tools
  • Regulatory disclosure obligations addressed
  • Draft ready for leadership review
  • Completed in four weeks

§ 03 — Working Principles

What distinguishes our approach

This section outlines the principles that govern how we conduct engagements. These are not marketing commitments; they are the working practices we apply to every project. Where we cannot meet them, we say so at scoping.

Documented deliverables

Every system we produce is accompanied by documentation a successor team can read. We do not deliver black-box outputs that only we understand.

Honest error reporting

We include the evaluation methodology used to measure system accuracy. Where a system has known limitations, those limitations are stated in writing, not minimised.

Fixed-scope engagements

All three service lines have defined start and end points. You know what will be delivered and when. We do not upsell open-ended work once an engagement has begun.

Regulation-aware practice

Our engineers are familiar with the data protection and sector-specific compliance requirements applicable to Malaysian businesses. We work within those constraints by default, not as an afterthought.

Client data team integration

We work with your existing data staff rather than around them. Knowledge transfer is part of the engagement, not an optional add-on purchased separately.

Plain-language communication

We explain what AI systems do, what they do not do, and where human judgement remains necessary. We do not use technical terminology to obscure uncertainty.

§ 04 — Next Step

Is your problem suited to one of our service lines?

We spend the first conversation understanding the problem before discussing any solution. If your situation falls outside our current practice areas, we will say so directly.

§ 05 — Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our practice

This section addresses questions that prospective clients most frequently raise before an initial consultation. Questions about specific technical approaches or pricing for work outside our three service lines are better discussed directly.

Do you work with organisations that have no existing AI systems?
Yes. Most of the organisations we work with are using AI systems for the first time or are deploying their first production-grade system. Prior experience with AI is not required, though we do expect the client organisation to have at least one person who can work with us on data access and internal approval processes.
How accurate are retrieval-augmented systems?
Accuracy depends on the quality and structure of the source documents, the nature of the queries, and how the system is configured. We measure accuracy as part of the engagement and report the result honestly. Typical retrieval systems we deliver achieve citation accuracy between 80% and 92% on well-structured document sets. We will not deploy a system without first sharing its measured performance with you.
What does the AI policy document cover?
The policy draft addresses three areas: staff use of publicly available AI tools (such as general-purpose chat assistants), the process for evaluating and introducing new AI systems into your operations, and the disclosure obligations your firm may hold to clients and regulators under current Malaysian law. The document is structured for leadership review and adoption, not as a technical specification.
What is included in the custom model development engagement?
The engagement includes an initial scoping session, data review, model development, evaluation, and a final handover package consisting of the trained model, its configuration, performance metrics, and written documentation. The nine-to-fourteen-week range reflects variation in problem complexity; the specific timeline is agreed in writing before work begins.
How is client data handled during an engagement?
We sign a data handling agreement before any client data is shared with us. Data is used solely for the purposes of the engagement, is not retained beyond project completion, and is not used to train models that will be deployed for other clients. We are willing to work within your organisation's secure environment if that is a requirement.
Do you offer ongoing support after project completion?
The retrieval system engagement includes ninety days of post-deployment tuning as part of the stated price. For the custom model and policy engagements, ongoing support is available as a separate, time-limited arrangement discussed after delivery. We do not offer indefinite retainer support at present.
