§ 01 — Practice Areas
Three service lines. Fixed scope. Stated prices. Documented outcomes.
Each of our three service lines addresses a specific, bounded problem. The scope is agreed before work begins. The price is stated on this page. The deliverable is documented and handed over to you at the end of the engagement.
Return to Homepage§ 02 — Our Methodology
How every engagement is conducted
This section describes the process we follow regardless of which service line you engage. The specific activities at each stage differ between service lines, but the overall structure is consistent.
Scoping
We assess whether your problem falls within our practice. If it does not, we say so. If it does, we define the scope in writing.
Build
The primary work of the engagement. We keep you informed at defined checkpoints and flag anything that changes the expected scope before proceeding.
Evaluate
Every system is tested against a defined methodology. Results, including failure cases, are written up and shared before delivery.
Hand Over
The deliverable, the evaluation report, and the documentation are transferred to you. The engagement then closes or moves into a defined tuning period.
§ 03.1 — First Service Line
Custom Model Development
Nine to fourteen weeks · MYR 2,280
A fixed-scope development engagement for organisations whose problem is sufficiently specific that off-the-shelf systems are unsuited. We scope the problem carefully, work with your data team, and deliver a model that is configured, evaluated, and documented to the standard required for production deployment in a regulated Malaysian business. The work is conducted with the discipline of a small engineering team rather than a research lab; the deliverable is software that runs, is tested, and is handed over with documentation a successor team can read.
What is included
- Initial scoping session with your team
- Data review and suitability assessment
- Model development, configuration, and testing
- Written evaluation report including failure cases
- Handover documentation for successor teams
Process steps
- 1 Problem definition and data access agreement
- 2 Data review and baseline assessment
- 3 Model training and iteration
- 4 Evaluation against held-out test set
- 5 Documentation and handover
§ 03.2 — Second Service Line
Retrieval System for Internal Knowledge
Defined build period + 90 days tuning · MYR 1,290
A focused build of an internal retrieval-augmented system that allows staff to query your documented knowledge — policies, manuals, technical archives, prior client work — in natural language and receive cited, traceable responses. We are direct about the residual error rate of such systems; the deliverable includes the evaluation methodology used to measure it. Includes one production deployment and ninety days of post-deployment tuning.
What is included
- Document ingestion and indexing pipeline
- Natural language query interface for staff
- Cited, traceable responses with source references
- One production deployment included
- Ninety days of post-deployment tuning
- Evaluation report with citation accuracy figures
Process steps
- 1 Document inventory and quality assessment
- 2 Ingestion pipeline build and indexing
- 3 Query interface configuration and testing
- 4 Production deployment and initial evaluation
- 5 Ninety-day tuning period using live query data
§ 03.3 — Third Service Line
Internal AI Policy Drafting
Four weeks · MYR 510
A four-week engagement in which we draft, on behalf of your firm's leadership, a substantive internal policy on the use of AI systems. This covers staff use of publicly available AI tools, the introduction of new AI systems into operations, and the disclosure obligations the firm holds to its customers and regulators under current Malaysian law. The output is a draft policy document that your leadership team can review, refine, and adopt. Suitable for established firms whose existing practice has outpaced their written policy.
What is included
- Policy covering staff use of public AI tools
- Framework for evaluating new AI systems
- Regulatory disclosure obligations addressed
- PDPA-aligned data handling provisions
- Draft formatted for leadership review and adoption
Process steps
- 1 Leadership interview to understand current practice
- 2 Review of existing documentation and sector obligations
- 3 First draft delivery and review session
- 4 Revision and final policy document delivery
§ 04 — Decision Guidance
Which service line fits your situation
Use this table to assess which service line is suited to your immediate need. It is common for organisations to begin with the policy engagement and then proceed to a technical service line once governance is in place.
| Criteria | Custom Model | Retrieval System | AI Policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Requires labelled training data | |||
| Works with existing documents | |||
| No technical infrastructure needed | |||
| Addresses regulatory disclosure | |||
| Delivers operational software | |||
| Price (MYR) | 2,280 | 1,290 | 510 |
§ 05 — Standards Applied to All Work
Technical and professional standards across all service lines
Data security
Data handling agreement before access. Client data not retained beyond project completion. Secure transfer methods used throughout.
Performance measurement
Evaluation methodology defined before testing begins. Results reported on standard metrics. Failure cases documented, not omitted.
Regulatory compliance
Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act requirements incorporated by default. Sector-specific obligations addressed where applicable.
Open dependency stacks
We document all dependencies and configuration. Systems are not built on proprietary tools that require our continued involvement to maintain.
Written scope agreement
Timeline and scope confirmed in writing before work begins. Changes require a written amendment that restates the revised scope and timeline.
Client team integration
We work with your data and technical staff, not around them. Knowledge transfer is part of every engagement.
§ 06 — Pricing
Stated prices for all three service lines
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and inclusive of the full engagement as described. There are no phases that require additional purchase to complete the deliverable.
